The induction module was the toughest. I'm now on the smooth module so I'm getting some treats...hang in there! I was really hungry the first few days too but my appetite actually shrunk and some days I haven't been able to eat all the food on my list.  Drink plenty of water and add fresh lemon slices to it if you can, too.
Keep me posted on your progress. I've lost 6 pounds so far in less than 2 weeks.</description>

I've been really hungry today. Thankfully, I have a three year old and lots of laundry. LOL!!! So I'm trying to keep myself busy and try not to think about it too much.</description>
