Will a Colon Cleanse Boost Your Metabolism?

Because our bodies can accumulate several pounds of fecal matter in our intestines, it stands to reason that a colon cleanse can help you lose some weight.  But what about your metabolism? Can a cleanse help you burn more calories?

A body that’s filled with toxic matter will perform sluggishly. Optimum plumbing can equate to optimum metabolisation of your food. It stands to reason then, that a period cleanse could be helpful, especially if you’ve had a spell of bad habits (holidays eating, for instance.)

The best solution to a top-performing metabolism is healthy eating, plenty of rest, and regular exercise but a safe colon cleansing can certainly be helpful.

When shopping around for a colon cleanser, consider using something that’s safe, all-natural, and that doesn’t cause colon contractions. An oxygen-based cleanser is often a safe and non-habit forming option.  I have had a good experience with Oxy Powder)

Many studies have shown that the idea that there is fecal matter impacted in the walls of you colon is simply wrong. It does not happen.
I believe that it was something that was made up by people who sell colon cleansers.
Unless, of course you have some scientific studies that show otherwise
