Fat Loss 4 Idiots Cheat Days: Tips To Enjoy Them Without Undoing Your Weight Loss

On the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet, the recommended 3 days of cheating on the diet every 11 days  is one of the things that makes it unique.  Not only do you get to cheat but cheating is actually part of what makes this diet so effective.  Here are some cheating tips for you so that you will enjoy the cheats and maximise your weight loss but NOT undo all your hard work:

Cheat Day Do’s

  • Eat things you’ve wanted haven’t been able to eat (bread, pasta, rice, sweets)
  • Continue to eat four meals a day
  • Continue to drink your 8-10 glasses of water every day

Cheat Day Don’ts

  • Don’t eat until you are stuffed. Continue to eat until ‘just’ satisfied
  • Don’t nibble constantly (stay to your 2.5-3 hour intervals)
  • Continue to follow as many of the 10 rules of dieting as possible!

    can you skip the three cheat days and continue with the normal diet?

    Hi,
    The cheat days help you trick your metabolism as your body doesn’t get accustomed to the low calories and start hoarding calories. So I’d say you should cheat. Maybe don’t go wild but do have at least 1-2 higher calorie days.
    How’s the diet going so far after your first cycle?
