On the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet generator plan there’s a fruit day and a vegetable day. Now, on the fruit day it’s pretty easy to satisfy yourself for breakfast, but what do you do on the Veggie day?
Here are some suggestions:
-Grilled or fried tomatoes with an ounce of cheese
-Drink vegetable juice (like a V-8 cocktail) and have some cucumber slices with salt and pepper
-Eat soup or chili made with approved ingredients from the list of vegetables
Not eating a breakfast-like food might seem strange for the morning but it’s just one day per 11 day cycle. Some people opt to have just enough raw vegetables to satisfy themselves until lunchtime.

The only problem with drinking V8 juice is that it is absolutely loaded with sodium (unless you manage to find a low sodium version). Last I checked two cans puts you over your daily sodium limits.
Sodium causes you to retain water weight and also is hard on your heart. I’m sure the vegetable portions in a can of V8 juice is good for you, but all the added sodium they add in to prevent it from going bad (and a little for flavor) isn’t going to help dieters out.
If you want to drink vegetable juice on a regular basis, people should consider buying a juicer
