The fruit day, or day two, of the Idiot Proof diet can feel like a bit of a long day on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet but don’t forget, tomatoes are fruits too! You can have tomato soup today for one of your meals which might mean you’re only having:
- -fruit salad for breakfast
- -some tomato soup for lunch
- -your sandwich for dinner
- -a bowl of fruit as a late night snack.
Homemade tomato soup would clearly be much better than a canned version that requires milk, has cream, or has loads of sodium. You can find a lot of healthy tomato soup recipes online and there are canned and tetra paks of tomato soup with much fewer additives. Here’s an easy one:
Fat Loss 4 Idiots Tomato Soup
- 1 can of tomatoes blended
- a bit of vegetable broth
- spices
Don’t forget that you don’t have to follow the ‘eat until before you’re full’ rule on the FL4I Fruit Day. Eating until you’re full and having variety on the fruit day will make it much easier!
