Getting Ready For Round Two Of the Idiot Proof Diet

If you’re not careful after you do the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Calorie Shifting plan, you’ll undo your hard work. While you get three cheat days and many people don’t gain much (if any) weight during that, it might be a good idea to do round two as soon as possible. Many people do one round after another until they hit their goal weight and with up to 9 pounds off every 11 days that might not take very long!

If you’re not already familiar with this diet, you do 11 days of following the diet and then you take three days to eat what you want before resuming the diet plan. The three cheat days don’t undo your weight loss in many cases if you go ahead and do the diet again because those three cheat days are part of the “fool your metabolism” mentality of the diet.  Then, when you run the diet generator again your new diet is very different than the last 11 day diet so you rev your  metabolism up even further.

While the 11 days is quite doable (see my journal at the top of the page to attest to this!) it’s very easy to fall into old habits. I know I’m almost ready for another round! Holiday eating can get the best of you but the great thing about this diet is that once you buy the calorie shifting diet program once you can do it again and again because you’re a lifetime member of the menu generator and already have a copy of your diet manual.
