I’m not sure if I’m going to hit 9 pounds as I’m at about 5.5-6 now but it occured to me yesterday that I haven’t been meticulously following the rule about drinking water . I might only be drinking about 1/2 of what I’m supposed to be drinking so am making an effort to drink more water for these last few days.
I’m also having sugar in my coffee & tea each day and drink a few cups a day. So, if my weight loss doesn’t quite hit 9 pounds, I’m not going to be demanding a refund. In fact, I’m now quite sure that I would do this again and am seriously considering doing it immediately following my 3 days of cheating this weekend so that I can reach my goal of 15 pounds total weight loss.
So far, 6 pounds in 9 daysis pretty darn good and I feel very good. I’m not going to say it has been a breeze as there have been times when I’ve wanted to lash out and /or commit a crime for a piece of bread or potato chips. My point is, this diet is doable and has been showing me some results! Today has been relatively craving free although I am looking forward to a nice meal out on Saturday.
