Oooh, the home stretch.  I am getting a little weary of some of the foods on my menu, that’s for sure. I like the diet overall but am ready for some new food.   This is day 10 of the 11 day Idiot Proof Diet which is a calorie shifting diet plan designed to trick your metabolism for quick weight loss and designed so that you don’t plateau like with other diets.  To read my diet diary from the start, begin here. I’m about 6 pounds down and if all goes well will probably be at 7 pounds lost in 11 days. That’s something that I’m pretty happy with.  When I do round two of this diet I have some ideas for ensuring I lose a bit more weight. I’ll make sure to drink more water, cut the coffee drinking down in order to remove a few teaspoons of sugar per day and do a bit more exercise. You don’t need to exercise on the Idiot Proof Diet but if you do, I’m sure the results will be even better.
