During my time doing the Idiot Proof Diet, (Find an index to my diet journal on the about page)I’ve wondered about the Beyond Calories portion.  For an extra $16.95 I could purchase it here.   I’ve read that:

-Instead of 4 meals, you eat 6 meals daily

-eating high satiety foods to stay full longer

-It’s a 10 day plan instead of an 11 day plan

-It results in faster weight loss

But:

-It can be more regimented to follow and are for people who want some serious results quickly.

I’d love to hear feedback from any readers who have done this diet in the past or who are thinking about buying it as well.

Is Beyond Calories worth the extra $16.95?

If I purchase the plan in future, I’ll post an update here but in the meantime would love to know if anyone has found it as worthwhile as the regular Fat Loss 4 Idiots plan.
